摘　　要：宋代内藏库,是皇帝频繁赐予诸军钱物的重要财库。宋代内忧外患境遇下军费开支的膨胀,加之皇帝笼络诸军实现权力集中的主观政治诉求,使得内藏库支付军赏钱物,成为一种近乎日常化的财政行为。由内藏库支付北宋南郊军赏的常规财政行为,到南宋设置内藏性质的激赏库,内藏财政系统制度化支出军费的路径最终形成。作为透析内藏财政与宋代军事财政的重要视角,内藏财政这种制度性赐予军赏的财政行为,暗含着宋代军事政治的价值取向,反映了中央财力下行时皇权影响不断下行和国家权力不断集中的现象。The Neicangku of the Song Dynasty was an important treasury for the emperor to give money and materials to the army.The expansion of military expenditures under the external environment in the Song Dynasty,coupled with the political demands of the emperor controlling the army,made the military expenditure of Neicangku a near-normalized financial act.The Northern Song Dynasty by Neicangku to pay outskirts sacrifice military reward,to the Southern Song Dynasty set up with Neicangku nature of the reward library,Neicangku institutionalized expenditure of military expenditure path eventually formed.The financial act of giving the reward to the army implied the value orientation of the military politics of the Song Dynasty,and the downward trend of the imperial power,and the continuous concentration of the power of the state when the central financial force descended.
