摘　　要：目的:探讨精准护理在经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合微波消融(MWA)治疗肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院介入血管外科2016年11月至2017年10月收治60例TACE联合MWA治疗的肝癌患者,按前后时间顺序分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,采用精准护理方法,对比两组患者术后尿储留、恶心呕吐、腰酸背痛、失眠发生率,健康知识知晓率和护理满意率。结果:观察组患者的术后尿储留、恶心呕吐、腰酸背痛、失眠发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);健康知识知晓率和护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精准护理方法运用于TACE联合MWA治疗肝癌患者中,可显著降低术后不良反应的发生,增加介入治疗术后整体舒适度,提高健康知识知晓率和护理满意率。Objective:To explore the effect of precision nursing in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with microwave ablation(MWA).Methods:A total of 60 cases of TACE combined with MWA of hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing interventional vascular surgery from November 2016 to October 2017 were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)in chronological order.The patients in control group received routine nursing care.Based on the control group,the patients in observation group received precision nursing methods,and the postoperative urine stay,backache,nausea and vomiting,insomnia incidence,awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative urinary retention,nausea,vomiting,backache and insomnia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of precise nursing method to TACE combined with MWA in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma can signif鄄icantly reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,increase the overall comfort after interventional therapy,and improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care.
