摘　　要：分析了油封骨架的冲压工艺,进行了工艺计算,确定了排样方案,确定了切口、拉深、二次拉深、整形、冲孔、倒角、镦压胀形、落料的冲压方案,介绍了油封骨架工位级进模的整体结构和主要零部件设计。经生产验证,提出的排样方案和级进模机构合理可行,能够满足零件的大批量生产需要和质量要求。This paper analyzes the stamping process of the oil seal skeleton,carries out the process calculation,and determines the layout scheme and the punching scheme of the cutting,drawing,second drawing,shaping,punching,chamfering,upsetting and blanking.It also introduces the overall structure and main parts design of the oil seal skeleton work level progressive die are introduced.Through production verification,the layout and progressive die mechanism proposed are reasonable and can meet the mass production needs and quality requirements of parts.
