大学生创业竞赛团队外部网络关系初探——与美国MIT创业大赛的比较与借鉴

摘　　要：包括"挑战杯"创业大赛在内的国内创业竞赛团队在创业过程中并未获得预期成功,究其原因,与美国最成熟的MIT竞赛相比,国内竞赛创业团队外部网络关系还存在较大差距,网络关系形成方面在团队来源、导师、创业社区网络方面有差距,网络关系结构特征方面在网络复杂度、联结度、社会性联系等方面有不足,基于此提出了相应的改善建议。The domestic entrepreneurial competition team,including the challenge cup competition,has not achieved the expected success in the process of entrepreneurship.The reason is that compared with MIT competition in the United States,which is very mature,there is still a big gap in the external network relationship of the domestic competition team and the network relations in the formation of the team,tutors,and community networks.There are gaps in the aspects of network relationship structure characteristics,such as network complexity,connection degree,social connection and so on.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
