摘 要:本试验设计旨在研究柠檬酵素对麻鸭免疫功能的增强作用。取1日龄麻鸭100只,随机分为5组,其中空白对照组饲喂玉米粉;阳性对照组在玉米粉中添加0.5%黄芪多糖;柠檬酵素组(I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)组分别在玉米粉中添加48%、24%和12%柠檬酵素。各试验组分别于14、21和28日龄随机选取3只试验鸭采血,检测血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量及细胞因子(IL-2与IFN-γ)水平。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,各浓度柠檬酵素组可显著提高14日龄和21日龄麻鸭血清中IgG含量(P<0.05),24%柠檬酵素组在各时间点均可显著提高麻鸭血清中IgA含量(P<0.05)。各浓度柠檬酵素组可显著提高28日龄麻鸭血清中IL-2水平(P<0.05),提高麻鸭血清中IFN-γ水平,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,柠檬酵素可通过促进血清中IgG、IgA、IgM的含量及IL-2、IFN-γ的表达量而增强麻鸭免疫功能。The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of lemon enzyme on hemp duck immune function.One hundred one-day-old hemp ducks were randomly divided into five groups.Ducks in blank control group was fed with corn flour,in positive control group added 0.5%Astragalus Polysaccharide in the corn flour,and the lemon enzyme group(I,II,III)added 48%,24%and 12%lemon enzymes in the corn flour respectively.Blood samples were randomly selected from three ducks at the age of 14,21 and 28 days,respectively.The content of serum immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM)and level of cytokines(IL-2 and IFN-γ)were detected.Compared with blank control,the results showed the concentration of IgG(P<0.05)in serum of hemp duck aged 14 days and 21 days was significantly increased in each concentration of lemon enzyme group.In 24%lemon enzyme group,the content of IgA in the serum of hemp ducks was significantly increased at each time point(P<0.05).the level of IL-2 and IFN-γin serum of 28 day old hemp duck(P<0.05)were significantly increased in each concentration of lemon enzyme group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore lemon enzyme can enhance the immune function of duck by promoting the content of IgG,IgA,IgM and the expression of IL-2,IFN-γin serum.
