摘 要:针对普通叉车存在高温、电弧、电火花、静电等引燃源,当其浓度达到爆炸极限值,遇到足够的点火能量时,会引起燃烧或者爆炸的现象,通过运用防温升、防静电、防爆电路等电气控制设计及优化机械液压控制系统,使叉车具备节能、高效、防爆、无排放等特点,解决了在军工、石油、化工、制药等易燃、易爆领域进行搬运作业的问题。Considering conventional forklift is prone to the risk of combustion or explosion due to ignition sources such as high temperature,electric arc,electric spark and static electricity when concentration reaches explosion limit and encounters enough ignition energy,the paper proposes an energy-saving,highly efficient,explosion-proof and emissions-free forklift by using anti-temperature rise,anti-static electricity,explosion-proof circuit and other electrical control design and optimizing mechanical hydraulic control system.The new forklift makes handling operations no longer a problem for flammable and explosive fields like military industry,petroleum industry,chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
