重型传动滚筒的有限元分析

摘　　要：利用Ansys软件建模,对滚筒装配体进行分析,得出传动滚筒的应力、应变云图,从而分析传动滚筒在工作过程中的受力和变形情况,找出传动滚筒所受的最大应力和应变的位置以及最大应力应变值,为重型传动滚筒的优化提供依据。Ansys software is used for modeling to analyze drum assembly,obtaining stress and strain contours of driving drum.Then stress and deformation of the drum during operation are analyzed,revealing the position with maximum stress and strain as well as the maximum stress and strain,which provides the basis for the optimization of heavy-duty driving drum.
