摘 要:利用位于湖南省电力公司500 kV输电线路上的绝缘子样品,研究典型区域悬式绝缘子的自然积污特点。根据历年来的气象数据、绝缘子每月的等值附盐密度和不可溶物密度的取样数据研究污秽颗粒粒径、降雨、季节性等因素对绝缘子表面自然积污的影响。同时,通过拟合得到了绝缘子清洗能力随降雨强度、降雨时间发生变化的指数方程。研究结果表明:黏附力和颗粒粒径直接决定颗粒在绝缘子表面持续积污的能力,且较小污秽颗粒更易于吸附绝缘子表面。In order to study the natural contamination characteristics of 500 kV line suspension insulator,the test insulator string with 500 kV transmission line pollution data result of a city in Hunan province was analyzed.Historical meteorological data and monthly equivalent salt deposit density and non-soluble deposit density measurements taken over a period of five years were analyzed to investigate the seasonal character,the size of particle and the relationship between rainfall intensity and insulator cleaning.A mathematical model was proposed to show the functional relationship between rainfall intensity and insulator self-cleaning capability.The results show that small particles are affected by adhesion forces when they move on the insulator surface and they are easily deposited on the insulator surface.
