摘　　要：改革开放四十年以来,我国体育法治建设与体育事业相伴相生,取得了重要成就:体育立法进展显著、体育法治工作队伍逐步建立、体育行政执法日趋规范、体育法制宣传收效明显、体育领域"放管服"改革深入推进。主要的发展经验有:坚持党的领导和依法治体,坚持正确的法治理论指导,坚持以人民为中心、科学民主立法,坚持丰富体育法治实践。新时代,面临体育事业发展的新趋势和新要求,要坚持党对体育法治建设的领导、全面深化体育领域体制机制改革、全面提升体育立法质量和水平、继续深化体育领域"放管服"改革工作、丰富体育法治实践内容和形式、着力加强体育执法、进一步加强普法工作等,不断完善我国体育法治建设。It's been forty years since the reform and opening of China,legal construction of Chinese sports has made significant achievements along with sports industry.The achievements can be listed as follows:Sports legislation has made obvious progress,legal groups has been established,and the sports administration has been formalized.Moreover,the propaganda has achieved great effect and the reform called"Fang Guan Fu"(respectively refers to delegate power to lower level,focus on management,pay attention on services)has been put into implementation.The experience that people can get from developments are as follows:Uphold the leadership of the The Communist Party of China,and manage sports industry legally.Insist on people-oriented,legislate scientifically,and strengthen sports guidance theoretically.Furthermore,in the new era,China is facing the new trend and requirement on sports industry,it is important to insist on the guidance of the CPC,deepen the reform on sports industry,enrich the content and form of sports legalization and strengthen the law enforcement,popularize laws to public for the improvement on Chinese legal construction.
