摘　　要：运用文献资料法等对新时代我国竞技体育后备人才质量需求定位及现有后备人才培养中存在的问题进行审视,寻找新的发展路径。研究发现:在运动员培养上人文素养培养理念的落实有所偏差,资金投入及分配方式相对单一,体教系统缺乏深层结合,输送渠道单一且成才率低。建议:形成"以人为本"的培养理念;强化体系,构建顶层设计;整合资源,挖掘社会力量;投资与分配方式多元化;夯实学校体育基础;优化选材机制:提高选材的科学性等。By using the method of literature review,this paper studies existing problems and requirements of backup talents in competitive sports in China,and looks for a new way for development.Though studying,there are several problems should be noticed:there are misleading regarding cultivation for backup talents,the distribution of the fund investment pattern is comparatively simple,sports education system tends to be lacking of depth in contents,and the backup talents can rarely be cultivated to an expert.Suggestions are as follows:take"people oriented"as theory to cultivate talents;build up system and top-level design;Integrate resources and discover social power;Diversify ways in investment and distribution;Set up strong consolidation of school sporting;Optimize institution on improving its scientificity.
