摘　　要：介绍杭州地铁2号线固定式架车机的用途、架车流程及举升单元的结构原理,探讨了如何通过优化固定式架车机的控制程序来改进车体举升柱的作业模式,以提高架车作业效率,最终满足车辆架大修的要求。This paper introduces the use of the fixed vehicle lifting jack for Hangzhou metro line 2,the workflow of vehicle lifting and the structure principle of lifting unit,and discusses how to improve the operation mode of the car-body lift column by optimizing the control program of the fixed vehicle lifting jack,so as to improve the vehicle lifting efficiency and meet the requirements of the vehicle overhaul repair.
