摘 要:在"卓越计划"的人才培养背景下,成都大学食品与生物工程虚拟仿真实验中心以夯实学生专业基础知识、引导学生探索创新、强化学生工程能力为宗旨,践行工程教育专业认证理念,构建与分层次递进的实体实验教学体系相结合的虚拟仿真实验教学体系,提高了教学能力,拓宽了实践范围,为食品与生物工程类专业的实践教学和创新型人才培养提供新的模式和理念。In the background of talent cultivation of excellent plan,the virtual simulation experimental teaching center of food and bioengineering in Chengdu University aims to strengthen students’professional foundation knowledge,guide the students to explore the innovation and strengthen their abilities of engineering.It put the accredited idea of higher engineering education into practice,and established the advanced virtual-real experimental teaching system.It improved the teaching ability and broadened the scope of practice.Moreover,the teaching center provided new modes and ideas for practical teaching and the innovative talent training in food and bioengineering.
