摘　　要：我国的档案文化不仅是我国传统文化的精髓所在,更是对我国五千年文明的见证,并且其历史研究价值在世界上的影响是不可估量的。因此,论文对新媒体时代档案文化价值的发掘与传播进行详细概述。首先,对新媒体时代档案文化价值的发掘与传播的重要性进行总结,而后对如何在新媒体时代对档案文化价值进行有效的挖掘和传播提出了几点针对性策略。此次研究的目的主要是为了能够为创新档案文化发掘和传播提供良好的帮助。The archival culture of our country is not only the essence of our country's traditional culture,but also the witness to our country's five thousand years of civilization,and the historical research value of which in the world is immeasurable.Therefore,the paper gives a detailed overview of the excavation and spread of the archival culture value in the new media era,and then puts forward some targeted strategies on how to effectively excavate and spread the archival culture value in the new media era.The purpose of this study is to provide good help for the innovation of the excavation and spread of the archival culture.
