浅谈志愿服务对大学生个人发展的意义

摘　　要：自从志愿服务活动进入高校大学生视野以来,在传播社会正能量的同时,也引起了广泛的共鸣,而大学生志愿者作为高校志愿者队伍的主力军,发挥着主要推动作用。论文对西北地区宁夏、甘肃、青海三个省份三所高校的大学生进行随机抽样调查,描述了大学生志愿服务活动参与的基本情况及其主要影响因素,并基于对调查结果的分析,得出了参加志愿服务活动对大学生个人发展的深远意义。Since volunteering service has entered the vision of university students,it has also aroused widespread resonance while spreading the positive energy of the society.University students,as the main force of university volunteers team,play a major promoting role.This paper makes a random sampling survey of college students in three provinces of Ningxia,Gansu and Qinghai in Northwest China,describes the basic situation of college students'participation in voluntary services and its main influencing factors.Based on the analysis of the investigation results,it is found that the participation of voluntary service activities is of great significance to the individual development of college students.
