摘 要:可穿戴产品中布料和电气控制盒塑料表面在粘贴时会产生许多生产问题和外观缺陷。为了在短时间里找到解决问题的主要影响因素,本文运用DOE实验设计的方法进行了相关的测试,进行了6因子2水平正交实验,并用软件对结果进行分析。结果表明双面胶材料的选择,压烫机压合温度和粘贴表面顺序是主要因子,而胶带表面有无孔洞,压合时间,压合压力对剥离力影响不显著。该方法通过较少的实验次数和较低的成本,快速获取了最优设计方案及生产制程参数,为产品快速导入生产及后续批量生产的质量提供了保障。There are many production problems and defects when fabric surface paste with plastic surface of controller during wearable product application.For finding the main influencing factors to solve the problem in a short period of time,this paper using Design Of Experimental(DOE)method to carry on the related test,six factors two levels orthogonal experiment was carried out,using software to analyze the results.Results show that the double sided adhesive material choice,the pressing temperature and the surface of the paste sequence is the main factor,and tape on the surface of the presence of holes,pressing time and pressing stress was not significant effect on stripping force.The method with less test times and low cost,quick access to the optimal design scheme and the production process parameters,provides guarantee for the product quickly imports production and the quality of the subsequent batch production.
