摘　　要：随着移动办公与"互联网+"的发展,铁路、电力、公安、党政等重要行业的专用话音通信网络与运营商话音通信网络的互联互通需求逐渐兴起。软交换等现有技术方案对于不同话音通信网络的安全等级差异关注较少,未能提供完整的解决办法。因此,完整分析了不同安全等级的话音通信网络的互联互通问题,提出了一种基于安全话音通信网关的话音通信网络互联互通技术方案。具体地,详细阐述安全话音通信网关的硬件设计、软件设计、业务数据流与控制数据流,分析了该互联互通技术方案的安全性。With the development of mobile office and"Internet+",the demand for intercommunication between special voice communication network of railway,electric power,public security,party and government and other important industries gradually emerges.Softswitch and other existing technical schemes for the security level differences of different voice communication networks are less concerned,and thus cannot provide a complete solution.The interconnection and intercommunication problem of voice communication network with different security levels is analyzed,and based on this,a voice communication network interconnection and intercommunication scheme based on secure voice communication gateway proposed.The hardware design,software design,business data flow and control data flow of the security voice communication gateway are described in detail,and the security of the interconnected technical scheme also discussed.
