摘 要:基于集成无源器件(IPD)工艺提出了一款三阶无反射低通滤波器,特点是能吸收阻带信号,避免滤波器反射信号与系统中其他组件发生有害交互。在HFSS软件中建立基于新型电路拓扑结构的滤波器模型,并对模型进行三维电磁场仿真。结果表明,该滤波器在整体尺寸仅为1 mm×1 mm×0.3 mm的情况下,实现了插入损耗≤3 d B@DC-1.25 GHz,带外抑制≥20 d B@1.25~8 GHz,回波损耗≥27d B@DC-7.5 GHz。模型仿真结果与原理电路仿真结果相符,验证了基于IPD工艺设计无反射低通滤波器的可行性。Based on IPD(Integrated Passive Device)process,a third-order non-reflective low-pass filter is proposed,being characterized by the ability to absorb the stop-band signal and avoid harmful interaction between the reflected signal of the filter and other components in the system.A filter model based on the new circuit topology is built up in HFSS software,and the model is simulated by 3D electromagnetic field.The simulation results indicate that under the condition that the overall size of the device is 1mm×1mm×0.3mm,the filter insertion loss of less than 3dB@DC-1.25GHz,out-of-band suppression of greater than 20dB@1.25GHz-8GHz,and return loss of greater than 27dB@DC-7.5GHz could be realized.Simulation results of the model are quite consistent with those of the principle circuit,indicating the feasibility in designing the non-reflective low-pass filter based on the IPD process.
