浅谈斗轮式堆取料机的构造及功能

摘　　要：斗轮式堆取料机结构相对复杂,主要部件包括斗轮机构、主机梯子平台、悬臂胶带机、俯仰机构、回转机构和行走机构等。它是一个由多个系统组成的综合体,在各个部件协调动作的条件下,完成一系列的堆取料动作。悬臂胶带机和大车行走等传动机构之间必须设置联锁保护,使各个机构协调作业。使用者在工作之前,必须掌握其各个结构的关系,避免操作维护不当,损坏设备,甚至造成事故。因此,有必要分析斗轮堆取料机的主要构造部件,探讨各个构造的功能。The structure of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is relatively complex,and the main components include the bucket wheel mechanism,the main engine ladder platform,the cantilever belt machine,the pitching mechanism,the rotary mechanism and the walking mechanism.It is a complex system composed of several systems,which performs a series of stacking and fetching operations under the condition of coordinated operation of components.Interlocking protection must be arranged between the transmission mechanism of the cantilever belt conveyor and the cart,so as to coordinate the operation of the various agencies.Before working,users must master the relationship between their structures,avoid improper operation and maintenance,damage equipment and even cause accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the main structural components of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer and explore the functions of each structure.
