摘  要:针对旋转机械启停车过程的振动信号具有非线性、非平稳的特性,提出Vold-Kalman阶比跟踪(Vold-Kalman Filter Based Order Tracking,VKF-0T)和能量分析相结合的一种故障诊断方法。分析旋转机械在发生故障时各阶比分量幅值的变化规律,通过Vold-Kalman阶比跟踪方法提取特定的阶比分量,以其能量与原信号总能量的比值作为特征参量。最后,对转子不对中、不平衡和转子裂纹三种故障下的60组振动信号进行特征描述,故障特征分布表明该方法可有效地区分启停车过程中的故障。Because the vibration signal of the rotating machinery is non-linear and non-stationary,a fault diagnosis method based on Vold-Kalman order tracking(VKF-0T)and frequency band energy analysis is proposed.It introduces the amplitude change regulation of each order when rotating machinery is in the event of failure.The specific order component is extracted by the Vold-Kalman order tracking method,and the ratio of the component’s energy and total energy is used as the characteristic parameter.Finally,the characteristics of the 60 groups of vibration signals under rotor misalignment,unbalance and rotor crack faults are characterized.The distribution of fault characteristics indicates that this method can effectively distinguish the faults in the starting and stopping process.
