摘 要:气动截止阀在核电站应用十分广泛,这些阀门涉及众多核安全相关系统,它们对电站的安全运行和防止放射性物质泄漏起着重大作用。在核电站机组运行中,该类阀门经常出现故障,影响机组的安全运行。通过介绍该类阀门的结构和原理,总结已有维修经验,为核电站维修人员提高该类型阀门维修质量和效率提供指导。Pneumatic cut-off valves are widely used in nuclear power plants.These valves are involved in many nuclear safety related systems.They play an important role in the safe operation of the power station and the prevention of radioactive material leakage.In the operation of nuclear power plant units,such valves often fail,which affects the safe operation of the unit.This paper introduces the structure and principle of this type of valve,summarizes the existing maintenance experience,and provides guidance for the maintenance personnel of the nuclear power plant to improve the quality and efficiency of this type of valve maintenance.
