摘  要:针对汽心泵外场使用中滚动轴承的多次失效,通过Recurdyn仿真分析了其最大接触应力和油膜厚度,得出该滚动轴承由于接触应力过大造成失效,验证了其仿真分析结果与计量分析的一致性,同时,针对失效原因提出了改进措施,并进行了Recurdyn仿真验证。Considering the constant failure of rolling bearing in the outside use of gasoline pump,this paper analyzes the maximum contact stress and the oil slick thickness accepted by rolling bearing by using Recurdyn simulation,finds the failure of rolling bearing attributes to the too much contact stress and verifies the consistency of the results generated by both simulation analysis and calculation analysis.Besides,the author also puts forward some improvement measures based on reasons of the failure.In addition,an assessment on the Recurdyn simulation has also been conducted in this paper.
