摘 要:本试验以黄瓜细菌性茎软腐病病原菌为研究对象,对黄瓜田间发病情况进行观测,分离病原菌并对其形态、致病性及生理生化特性进行分析测定和分子生物学鉴定,同时利用该菌对36份黄瓜资源进行抗病筛选。结果表明:研究地块黄瓜细菌性茎软腐病发病率为5.62%~43.76%,平均为24.69%。病田中分离得到的黄瓜细菌性茎软腐病病原菌经鉴定为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。36份黄瓜资源中筛选得到2份高感资源,24份感病资源,10份中抗病资源。In this experiment,with the pathogen of cucumber bacterial stem soft rot as study object,the morbidity situation of cucumber in the field was observed.The morphological,pathogenicity,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the pathogenic bacteria were analyzed and molecular biology identification was conducted.Then the bacteria was used to screen the resistant varieties from 36 cucumber resources.The results showed that the incidence of cucumber bacterial stem soft rot was 5.62%~43.76%,with an average of 24.69%.The pathogen of cucumber bacterial stem soft rot isolated from the disease field was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens.There were 2 high-susceptive cultivars,24 middle-susceptive cultivars and 10 resistant cultivars in 36 cucumber resources.
