摘  要:为初步探究芦丁对杂草的化感效应,本试验以杂草株高、净光合速率、气孔导度、根系活力和SOD活性等指标为参数,研究芦丁对3种常见杂草生长发育的作用。结果表明,高浓度芦丁对杂草的生长以及各项生理指标都起到抑制作用,证明芦丁对杂草具有化感作用;且芦丁对不同种类杂草的化感作用强度不同。本研究结果将为以后利用化感物质防治杂草的应用提供理论参考。To preliminarily explore the allelopathic effect of rutin on weeds,the effects of rutin on the growth and development of common weeds were studied in the experiment,such as plant height,net photosynthesis and stomatal conductance,root activity and SOD activity and other physiological indexes.The results showed that high concentration of rutin had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth and various physiological indexes of weeds,which proved that rutin had a allelopathic effect on weeds.And rutin had different effects on different kinds of weeds.The conclusion will provide a theoretical basis for the application of allelochemicals in control of weeds.
