摘　　要：本文分析烟草生产过程的数据和流程特征,以思维导图的方式,对制丝线集控系统不同类型的数据展开规划整合,设计集中监控系统与过程控制层的数据接口,既保证了集控系统与数据管理层之间的数据传输需求,又简化了集控和电控系统的设计流程,提高了研发效率,缩短了整个系统的设计开发周期。Through the analysis of the data and process characteristics of tobacco production process,The data integration of centralized monitoring system and process control layer is designed by integrating different types of data in the centralized control system of the production line with mind mapping,It not only ensures the data transmission between the centralized control system and the data management layer,but also simplifies the design process of the centralized control system and electronic control system,improves the design and development efficiency,and shortens the design and development cycle of the whole system.
