摘 要:抑郁症是当今社会常见的精神疾病,且发病率处于明显上升趋势。早期识别及治疗的愈后效果较好,但多数患者难以意识到自己患病,错过了最佳治疗时期。本文设计了基于睡眠体动信号的早期抑郁症预警系统,使用加速度传感器和压力传感器测量睡眠时床体的振动,从而判断睡眠状态,并根据长期的睡眠质量计算患有抑郁症的可能性。本系统易于使用,不干扰人的正常睡眠,可根据睡眠质量给出近期的压力和抑郁指数,提醒用户调整心态和作息时间。In recent society,the Major Depressive Disorder(MDD)is a common mental disease with an increasing incidence.The prognosis will be not bad with early recognition and treatment,but most patients are not aware of their illness and have missed the best treatment period.In this paper,an early warning system for early MDD based on sleep body dynamic signals is designed.The acceleration sensor and pressure sensor are used to measure the vibration of the bed in sleep,so as to determine the state of sleep and calculate the possibility of suffering from MDD according to the long term sleep quality.This system is easy to use and will not interfere with normal sleep,and can give short-term pressure and depression index according to the quality of sleep to remind users to adjust their mind and time.
