摘　　要：通过对城市中小套型住宅厨卫空间居住使用现状的调查,运用聚类分析方法对厨卫问题进行分类研究,思考当前建设模式的制约因素,为城市中小套型住宅厨卫设计及改造提供科学依据。Through the investigation in the current situation of kitchen and bathroom in small and medium-sized urban residences,the cluster analysis method is used to classify and study the kitchen and bathroom problems;and the constraints of the current construction mode are considered,this article provides the scientific basis for the design and transformation of kitchen and bathroom in small and medium-sized urban residence.
