普米克令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察普米令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年4月收治的114例肺炎新生儿,随机分为研究组与常规组,各57例。所有患儿均实施营养补充、预防感染、吸氧措施等基础治疗,在此前提下常规组患儿采用普米克令舒治疗,研究组在此基础上加用氨溴索,观察两组患儿的治疗效果、住院时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、治疗有效率及家长满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率优于常规组(96.48% vs 82.46%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、退热时间、吸氧时间及住院时间均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长治疗满意度高于常规组(98.25% vs 87.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用普米令舒联合氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎,临床疗效显著,患儿症状消退快,家长满意度高,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pulmicort combined with Ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,and to make an evaluation of its clinical application value.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,114 newborns with pneumonia were randomly divided into study group and routine group,57 cases of each group.All children were given nutritional supplement,infection prevention,oxygen inhalation measures and other basic treatment,the routine group was treated with Pulmicort and the study group was treated with ambroxol on the above basis.The therapeutic effects,length of hospital stay,disappearance of cough,disappearance of pulmonary rales,treatment efficiency and parents'satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the routine group(96.48%vs82.46%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the time of cough disappearance,lung rale disappearance,antipyretic time,oxygen absorption time and hospitalization time in the study group were better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the parents in the study group was higher than that of the routine group(98.25%vs87.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Pulmicort combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia is significant.The symptoms of children are rapidly subsided and their parents'satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
