小青龙汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对小青龙汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法柴教授2016年1月~2017年5月门诊治疗的100例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,每组50例。西药对照组以氯雷他定片治疗,中药治疗组以小青龙汤加减治疗,对两组患者进行对比分析。结果小青龙汤加味治疗过敏性鼻炎有效率98.00%优于西药组78.00%,中药治疗组临床症状体征评分(2.458±1.037)分低于西药对照组(4.629±1.725)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗过敏性鼻炎过程中,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Xiao Qing Long decoction in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 cases of allergic rhinitis treated by Chai professor from January 2016 to May 2017 in outpatient department.They were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group with Loratadine tablets treatment,Chinese medicine treatment group with Xiao Qing Long decoction,a comparative analysis of two groups of patients.Results Xiao Qing Long decoction was effective in treating allergic rhinitis with a rate of 98.00%,which was significantly better than western medicine group 78.00%.The score of clinical symptoms and signs(2.458±1.037)in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of the western medicine control group(4.629±1.725),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Xiao Qing Long decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
