摘　　要：本研究通过文献研究和定性调查,初步了解临床研究的特点及北京地区临床科研环境状况,为进一步研究临床科研管理,制定符合临床科研特点和规律的科研管理政策提供一定参考。Through literature research and qualitative investigation,this study preliminarily understood the characteristics of clinical research and the situation of clinical scientific research environment in Beijing area,in order to further study the management of clinical scientific research.To establish scientific research management policy in accordance with clinical scientific research characteristics and laws to provide a certain reference.
