摘　　要：脊柱化脓性骨髓炎较少见,占所有骨髓炎的4%。多发生于青壮年,男多于女,儿童与老人也可发病但较少。发病部位以腰椎为最多,其次为胸椎,颈椎。其可能导致神经系统症状和相关并发症发生,因此早期诊断和治疗至关重要。目前已有许多关于PVO的研究,本文旨在全面总结PVO的临床诊断与治疗,综述PVO的临床特点、诊断方法、治疗及预后。Spinal suppurative osteomyelitis is rare,accounting for 4%of all osteomyelitis.More occurred in young adults,more men than women,children and the elderly can also attack,but less.The site of the disease is the lumbar vertebrae is the most,followed by the thoracic vertebrae,cervical vertebrae.It may lead to neurological symptoms and related complications,so early diagnosis and treatment is very important.There have been many studies on PVO.The purpose of this article is to summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PVO,and to summarize the clinical features,diagnostic methods,treatment and prognosis of PVO.
