Correlation between Changes of Protein Metabolism,Serum Lipids and Atherosclerosis in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘  要:目的检测类风湿关节炎患者蛋白质代谢和血脂变化水平,分析其与患者动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选取类风湿性关节炎患者60例设为观察组,选取体检人群60例设为对照组。检测两组血常规、总蛋白、白蛋白、GLO、A/G、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总甘油三酯、总胆固醇、C_3、C_4、ESR和CD4^+CD25+CD127_调节性T细胞水平。结果 RA患者TP、A/G、HDL、Treg水平下降,TC水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TP、ALB与RBC、HB呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);A/G与Ig G、C3、CRP、ESR呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);LDL与CD4^+T呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论与健康人群相比,RA患者存在蛋白质代谢和血脂异常,主要表现在TP、A/G、HDL、Treg水平显著下降,其变化与贫血程度生理功能等密切相关。Objective To detect the level of protein metabolism and serum lipids in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and analyze its correlation with atherosclerosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the observation group and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Blood samples,total protein,albumin,GLO,A/G,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,total triglyceride,total cholesterol,C3,C4,ESR and CD4+CD25+CD127_T cell level were detected in both groups.Results The levels of TP,A/G,HDL and Treg in RA patients decreased and the levels of TC increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TP,ALB and RBC,HB were positively correlated(P<0.01 or P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between A/G and IgG,C3,CRP and ESR(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between LDL and CD4+T(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,there are protein metabolism and dyslipidemia in RA patients.The main manifestations are the levels of TP,A/G,HDL and Treg,and their changes are closely related to the anemia physiological function.
