温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2016年5月~2017年5月在我院诊治的86例中风后关节痉挛患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用温针灸阴经穴为主治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组关节痉挛程度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数积分、Fugl-Meyer积分、CSI指数改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸阴经穴为主治疗中风后关节痉挛效果显著,可舒经柔筋,活血通络,减轻患者关节痉挛,促进关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on acupoints of Yin Meridian in the treatment of joint spasm after apoplexy.Methods Retrospective analysis of May 2016~2017 year in May in our hospital 86 cases of post-stroke spastic patients with clinical data,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group with routine acupuncture treatment,observation group were treated with moxibustion Yin meridian treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results The improvement of joint spasticity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer score,CSI index improved significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion yin meridian points for the treatment of joint spasm after apoplexy has remarkable effect.It can relieve the joint spasm and promote the recovery of joint function.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
