急性胰腺炎的CT诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性胰腺炎的CT影像学表现,探讨其临床应用价值。方法收集我院2016年4月~2017年5月行CT检查经临床证实的急性胰腺炎患者67例,回顾其CT影像学表现并与Balthazar CT评级及临床病情进行对照分析。结果 67例急性胰腺炎患者中,Balthazar CT评级B级3例、C级33例、D级22例、E级9例;对应轻症急性胰腺炎36例,中重症急性胰腺炎及重症急性胰腺炎31例。结论 CT对急性胰腺炎诊断具有非常重要价值,为临床病情评估及治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。Objective To analyze the CT imaging characteristics of acute pancreatitis.Methods 67 cases of acute pancreatitis confirmed by CT from April 2016 to May 2017 were collected.The CT imaging characteristics were reviewed and compared with Balthazar CT ratings and clinical conditions.Results 67 patients with acute pancreatitis included in this study,by Balthazar CT,there were 3 cases of grade B,33 cases of grade C,22 cases of grade D,9 cases of grade E;There were 36 cases of mild acute pancreatitis,There were 31 cases of moderate severe acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis.Conclusion CT has great value in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis providing objective basis for clinical evaluation and selection of treatment plan.
