摘 要:目的分析PCT和CRP联合检测对儿童呼吸道感染的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2016年6月~2017年3月我院呼吸科300例呼吸道感染疾病患儿,根据临床诊断分为病毒感染组(126例)和细菌感染组(174例),分析两组检测的PCT和CRP结果并计算其阳性率。结果细菌感染组PCT阳性率为85.63%,CRP阳性率为67.82%;病毒感染组PCT的阳性率为29.37%,CRP阳性率为63.49%。细菌感染组PCT阳性率明显高于病毒感染组;细菌感染组CRP阳性率与病毒感染组无明显差异。结论 PCT在细菌感染阳性率优于CRP,二者联合检测鉴别诊断儿童细菌、病毒感染性疾病具有更高临床价值。Objective To analyze the combined detection of PCT and CRP on the clinical significance of children with respiratory tract infection.Methods Retrospective analysis of 300 cases of respiratory tract infection disease in children from June 2016 to March 2017 treated in our department of respiration,according to the clinical diagnosis they were divided into infection group(126 cases)and bacterial infection group(174 cases),analyze the detection of PCT and CRP the results and calculated the positive rate of bacterial infection of two groups.Results The positive rate of PCT was 85.63%,CRP positive rate was 67.82%;the positive rate of virus infection in group PCT was 29.37%,the positive rate of CRP 63.49%.positive rate of bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that of PCT virus infection group;no significant difference between the positive rate of bacterial infection group and CRP infection group.Conclusion PCT in bacterial infection positive rate better than CRP,the two combined detection of differential diagnosis in children with bacterial and viral infection has higher clinical value.
