摘　　要：目的总结背侧入路加压螺钉内固定治疗舟状骨骨折的技巧及疗效。方法采用回顾性分析,我院自2015年6月~2016年6月采用腕部背侧切口加压螺钉内固定治疗新鲜舟状骨骨折15例。按舟状骨骨折Herbert分型B1型6例;B2型7例;B4型2例。结果所有患者均获满意复位及固定。平均随访12个月,骨折均获Ⅰ期愈合。Mayo腕关节功能评分:优10例;良3例;满意2例。结论舟状骨骨折背侧入路加压螺钉内固定显露良好,操作简单,后期恢复良好,是临床上治疗腕舟状骨骨折的较为理想的治疗方案。Objective To summarize the skills and effects of dorsal approach compression screw internal fixation for the treatment of scaphoid fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 with 15 cases of fresh scaphoid fractures treated with dorsal incision and compression screw fixation.According to the scaphoid fracture type Herbert B1 type 6 cases;B2 type 7 cases;B4 type 2 cases.Results All patients were satisfied with the reduction and fixation.After a mean follow-up of 12 months,All fractures were healed in phase I.Mayo wrist function score:excellent in 10 cases;good in 3 cases;satisfaction in 2 cases.Conclusion The dorsal approach to scaphoid fracture with screw fixation is safe and easy to operate with good recovery in the later period.It is an ideal treatment for the treatment of scaphoid fractures in clinic.
