前置钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析采用前置钢板治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效,观察手术愈合情况,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月~2016年5月收治的29例单纯锁骨中段骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均行锁骨骨折切开复位钢板前置内固定术,统计手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后肩关节活动评分。结果所有患者在1 a内均获得随访,均无血管、神经损伤等并发症,切口均为一期甲级愈合,术后1年患侧肩关节Constant评分(88.69±4.50)分,术后均未发生内固定装置失效、骨折延迟愈合及不愈合现象。结论前置钢板对治疗锁骨中段骨折具有理想疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy in the treatment of middle clavicle fracture using the anterior plate,observe the postoperative healing,to provide the reference for clinical.Methods A retrospective analysis of 29 cases of clavicle fracture in patients'clinical data in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016,all patients accepted open reduction and anterior plate fixation of clavicular fracture,record the surgery time,amount of bleeding,fracture healing time,postoperative shoulder joint activity score.Results All patients were followed up within 1 a,no blood vessels or nerve injury and other complications were observed,all the incisions were primary healing grade,after 1 years of ipsilateral shoulder Constant score(88.69±4.50)points.None of the postoperative internal fixation failure,nonunion and delayed union of fractures.Conclusion The anterior plate has ideal curative effect on the treatment of clavicle fracture,it is worthy of clinical popularize.
