钬激光治疗良性前列腺增生应用研究

摘　　要：钬激光具有能量集中,水吸收性好,脉冲式发射,组织穿透能力弱的特性,能够对组织精确切割、气化和凝固止血,使得钬激光在泌尿外科应用甚广。自上世纪90年代初,钬激光开始用于治疗前列腺增生,经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术精确治疗前列腺增生,其疗效持久,得到广泛认可。本研究主要对钬激光治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效、推广做一综述。Holmium laser is capable of precision cutting of tissue,gasification and coagulation with energy concentration,water absorption,pulse emission characteristics,weak tissue penetrating ability,the holmium laser is widely used in the department of urology.Since the last century at the beginning of 90s,holmium laser for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia to transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate.The precise operation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,the long-term curative effect,has been widely recognized.The main clinical curative effect of holmium laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,an overview of promotion.
