摘　　要：目的了解城市居民对于入户调查脑卒中的意愿,探求深入调查脑卒中高危人群的有效途径。方法设计调查问卷,培训医务人员,对医院内100名就诊人员和社区内100名居民随机进行调查。结果 200份问卷中有5名拒绝调查,参与调查的195名中,有36名愿意入户,占18.46%;大部分居民对入户调查是拒绝的,拒绝理由不一。结论入户调查是一种有效的获取全面资料的调查,但入户调查面临困境,政府支持、居委会的配合、有效的沟通很重要。Objective To understand the urban residents'willingness to investigate stroke at home and to explore effective ways to further investigate the high-risk stroke population.Methods The questionnaire was designed and medical staff were trained to conduct a random survey of 100 hospital staff and 100 residents in the community.Results 5 out of 200 questionnaires rejected the survey.Among 195 respondents,36 were willing to enter the household,accounting for 18.46%.Most of the respondents rejected the household survey and rejected the different reasons.Conclusion The household survey is an effective survey to obtain comprehensive information.However,it is very important for the household survey to face difficulties,government support,neighborhood coordination and effective communication.
