南充市门诊男性泌尿生殖道标本解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体的感染情况研究

摘　　要：目的分析南充市门诊就诊男性泌尿生殖道标本UU和CT感染情况以及年龄分布特点,加强本区域男性CT和UU筛查。方法收集2014年7月~2017年7月共657例门诊男性尿道分泌物标本,采用荧光PCR法进行UU、CT测定,并将所有男性受检者分为5个年龄组,对所得检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 657例受检者共有阳性267例,总感染率40.64%,单一感染率36.07%,单一CT感染14.00%,UU感染22.07%,CT合并UU感染率4.57%。不同年龄段中21~50岁三个年龄组感染率最高(分别44.28%、41.18%、43.90%),21~30、31~40、41~50岁三个年龄组分别与≥51岁比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,CT合并UU感染也主要分布在21~50岁,所有年龄组UU感染阳性率高于CT感染。结论南充地区男性CT和UU的感染率均较高,以单一感染为主,尤其好发于21~50岁。加强CT和UU筛查,对性传播疾病防治、泌尿生殖系感染的诊疗和优生优育有重要意义。Objective To analyze the UU and CT infection and age distribution of male urogenital specimens in the outpatient clinic in Nanchong,and to strengthen the screening of male CT and UU in this area.Methods A total of 657 specimens of male urethral secretions from July 2014 to July 2017 were collected.UU and CT were measured by fluorescence PCR.All male subjects were divided into 5 age groups.The results were analyzed statistical analysis.Results A total of 267 cases were positive in 657 subjects with a total infection rate of 40.64%,a single infection rate of 36.07%,a single CT infection of 14.00%,UU infected 22.07%,CT combined UU infection rate 4.57%.The infection rates of the three age groups of 21-50 years old were the highest among different age groups(44.28%,41.18%,43.90%respectively),and the age groups of 21-30,31-40,41-50 years old were respectively逸51 years old,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).In addition,CT-combined UU infection is also mainly distributed in 21 to 50 years old,UU infection in all age groups positive rate was higher than CT.Conclusion The prevalence rates of CT and UU in male patients in Nanchong area are high,with single infection predominating,especially in 21~50 years old.To strengthen the CT and UU screening,sexually transmitted diseases prevention and treatment,genitourinary infection diagnosis and treatment and prenatal and postnatal care is of great significance.
