基于数据挖掘的彝医治疗痹证用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的分析彝医治疗痹证方剂用药规律,探讨其证治特点,为临床提供参考。方法检索云南少数民族医药单验方数据库(建库至2017年5月)及《中国彝族药学》《彝药志》《医病好药书》收录的彝医治疗痹证方剂,采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)集成的频次统计、性味归经分布、用药模式、新处方等数据挖掘方法,分析彝医治疗痹证方剂用药规律。结果纳入彝医治疗痹证方剂93首,涉及药物172种、总频次261次。用药以温性(120次)、平性(63次)、苦味(127次)、辛味(111次)药物为主,主要归足厥阴肝经(101次)、足少阴肾经(48次)、足太阴脾经(38次)和足阳明胃经(30次)。高频药物有伸筋草、牛膝、桑寄生、木瓜、黑骨头等。挖掘得到核心用药模式17种,核心药物组合2种,演化出新处方1首。结论彝医治疗痹证以祛风除湿、活血通络和补益肝肾、通络止痛为主要治法,以主治风寒湿痹证最常见。方剂多选用小处方,以祛风除湿药物为主,配伍活血止痛、滋补肝肾、强筋健骨药物。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Yi Medicine for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome;To discuss its characteristics of treatment;To provide references for clinic.Methods Prescriptions about the treatment of arthralgia syndrome collected by Yunnan Ethnic Minorities Medicine Single-protocol Database(from establishment to May 2017)and China Yi Zu Yao Xue,Yi Yao Zhi and Yi Bing Hao Yao Shu were retrieved.Frequency statistics,distribution of properties,tastes and belonged meridians,medication patterns,new prescriptions and other data mining methods integrated by TCM Auxiliary Inheritance Platform(V2.5)were used to analyze the medication rules of Yi Medicine for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Results Totally 93 prescriptions of Yi Medicine for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome were included in the study,including 172 kinds of Chinese materia medica and frequency of 261 times.Medications were based on warm(120 times),even(63 times),bitter(127 times),and pungent(111 times)medicines,and the main belonged meridians were Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin(101 times),Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin(48 times),Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin(38 times),and Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming(30 times).The medicines with high frequency were Lycopodii Herba,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Taxilli Herba,Chaenomelis Fructus and Periploca forrestii Schltr.etc.17 core medication models and 2 core medicine combinations were obtained through data mining.1 new prescription was evolved.Conclusion The treatment of Yi Medicine mainly chooses expelling wind and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,tonifying liver and kidney,removing meridian obstruction to stop pains as methods,among which the treatment for cold-wind arthralgia syndrome is the most common treatment.The prescriptions are always minor prescriptions,and the main therapy involves medicines with the functions of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,tonifying liver an
