摘　　要："筋骨并重"理念是骨伤科领域研究经久不衰的内容,膝骨关节炎作为最常见的骨关节疾患之一,其治疗也须注重"筋"与"骨"的关系。铍针疗法通过以"筋"达"骨"而恢复"筋束骨"的生理作用,对膝骨关节炎有良好的疗效,但其作用机制尚不明晰。本文围绕筋骨关系探讨了铍针治疗膝骨关节炎的机理。The theory of“paying equal attention to the sinew and bone”is a perennial issue in the domain of China traumatology&orthopedics.Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common diseases in clinic presently,and emphasis should be paid on the relations of the“sinew”and“bone”in the process of treatment.Pi Zhen can restore physiological function of“sinew-restraining-bone”through the process of from sinew to bone.Pi Zhen shows good efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,but its mechanisms is not clear in clinic presently.This article focused on the mechanism of Pi Zhen in treating knee osteoarthritis based on the relations of sinew and bone.
