摘 要:目的探讨优化低分子肝素钠皮下注射流程对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者皮下出血发生率的影响。方法将2015年10月-2017年6月应用低分子肝素钠皮下注射的PCI术后患者97例分为2组,选取2015年10月-2016年7月入院的41例患者为对照组,采用常规注射流程;选取2016年8月-2017年6月入院的56例患者为实验组,采用优化注射流程。比较2组患者的皮下出血情况。结果实验组患者的皮下出血程度轻于对照组(Z=-2.907,P=0.004)。结论优化低分子肝素钠皮下注射流程可降低患者皮下出血的发生率,保障低分子肝素钠抗血栓效果。Objective To investigate the effect of optimizing subcutaneous injection of low-molecular heparin on the subcutaneous hemorrhage of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Totally 41 patients to receive low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection after PCI between October 2015 and July 2016 were chosen into a control group,while 56 patients to receive injection between August 2016 and June 2017 were selected into an experimental group.The control group was injected in the routine process,while the experimental group was done in the optimized process.The incidence of subcutaneous bleeding was compared between the 2 groups.Results The subcutaneous bleeding of the control group was more severe than that of the experimental group(Z=-2.907,P=0.004).Conclusion Optimizing the subcutaneous injection process of low-molecular heparin sodium can reduce the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding and guarantee the antithrombotic effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium.
