曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者应用曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀治疗的效果。方法 抽取我院2015年2月至2017年7月收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者84例为研究对象,所有患者均接受常规治疗,以完全双盲法分为对照组与研究组各42例,分别给予曲美他嗪、曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀治疗,评估两组疗效,并观察炎症因子变化情况。结果 ①研究组治疗后炎性因子及血脂指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在曲美他嗪基础上,给予冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者阿托伐他汀治疗,可改善炎性反应,减轻心绞痛症状,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine+atorvastatin on unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.Methods coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2017 were in patients with unstable angina and 84 cases as the object of study,all patients received routine treatment,in order to complete the double blind method divided into control group and study group with 42 cases in each group,were treated with trimetazidine QuMei,QuMei trimetazidine+atorvastatin treatment,evaluation of two groups the curative effect,and to observe the changes of inflammatory factors.Results (1)the levels of inflammatory factors and blood lipids in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);(2)the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion on the basis of trimetazidine,atorvastatin can improve the inflammatory response and relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which is worthy of promotion.
