摘　　要：目的 观察并探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床效果.方法 选取2017年6月———2018年1月期间来我院治疗的和社区义诊筛查的H型高血压患者528例,随机分为实验组与对照组,两组患者人数各264例,对照组及实验组患者分别给予马来酸依那普利及马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较.结果 实验组患者治疗后的平均动脉压水平、Hcy水平均显著优于对照组,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在H型高血压的临床治疗中应用马来酸依那普利叶酸片具有显著效果,值得推广应用.Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in treating Hypertension.Methods A total of 528 H-type hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 264 patients in each group and 264 patients in control group and experimental group Administration of enalapril maleate and enalapril maleate folate tablets was compared to the efficacy of treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,mean arterial pressure and Hcy levels in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enalapril maleate in the clinical treatment of Hypertension has significant effect and is worth popularizing.
