标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤分析

摘　　要：目的 对重型颅脑损伤患者应用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗的疗效进行探究.方法 研究对象为自2014年4月-2017年8月在我院接受治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者,所选对象均接受标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗.结果 随访结果记录13例患者死亡,6例患者成植物生存状态,12例患者重残,9例患者中残,12例患者恢复良好,共37例患者出现并发症,占71.15%.结论 对重型颅脑损伤患者应用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术能够有效控制残障率和死亡率,治疗效果较佳.Objective To explore the efficacy of standard craniotomy with craniotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2017 were treated with standard traumatic craniotomy.Results 13 patients died from the follow-up results,6 patients survived,12 patients were severely disabled,9 patients were disabled,12 patients recovered well,37 patients had complications,accounting for 71.15%.Conclusion The application of standard traumatic craniotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury can effectively control the disability rate and mortality rate,the treatment effect is better.
