摘　　要：[目的]了解大同市老年慢性病病人居家护理的需求情况及影响因素。[方法]以大同市御东新区符合纳入标准的老年慢性病病人241例作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行比较分析。[结果]日常生活能力(ADL)得分不同的老年慢性病病人居家护理的需求程度不同,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。单因素分析显示:年龄、月收入、居住方式、并发症均对居家护理总需求有影响(P<0.01)。经济收入、年龄、并发症、ADL得分四因素的标准化回归系数分别是0.020、0.063、0.092和-0.941,前三者为正向影响,表明收入越高、年龄越大、有并发症的病人,对居家护理的需求越高;ADL得分为负向影响,即ADL得分越低,对居家护理的需求越高;四因素中以ADL得分影响最大。[结论]日常生活能力、年龄、月收入、居住方式、并发症是影响老年慢性病病人居家护理需求的重要因素,其中ADL得分对居家护理需求影响最大。Objective:To find out the needs and influencing factors of home care in elderly patients with chronic diseases in Datong City.Methods:A total of 241 elderly patients with chronic diseases were selected as the subjects of the study.The questionnaire survey was conducted and the results were analyzed.Results:There was a difference in the demand for home care between elderly patients with chronic diseases with different Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores,and there was a significant difference among the groups(P<0.01).Univariate analysis showed that age,income,way of living,and complications had an impact on the overall demand for home care(P<0.01).The standardized regression coefficients of income,age,complications,ADL score were 0.020,0.063,0.092 and 0.941,respectively.The first three were positive effects.It indicates that the higher the level of economic income,the higher the age of the patients,with complications,the higher the demand for home care.ADL score was negative effect.It indicates that the lower the ADL score,the higher the demand for home care.Among the four factors,ADL scores were the most affected.Conclusion:The activities of daily living,age,income,way of living,complications,are important factors affecting the demand for home care in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Among them,ADL score is the greatest one.
