基于社会网络分析剖析我国谵妄研究趋势

摘　　要：采用文献计量学和数据挖掘的基本方法对我国谵妄研究主题进行社会网络分析。检索主要中文摘要和全文数据库,纳入所有关于谵妄的研究。采用BICOMS2分析软件对主要信息进行抽取和整理,生成共现矩阵。采用gcluto进行聚类分析,根据实际聚类效果选择将关键词聚为5类,生成可视化曲面图和可视化矩阵。采用Ucinet6.0软件中的NetDraw按照中心度排列各主要关键词之间的关系,并绘制社会网络图。谵妄相关文献从1998年开始每4年呈台阶式逐年递增,全国32个省、市、自治区均有研究发表,但存在地域不平衡性,东南沿海、发达地区发表的研究数量明显多于西北、欠发达地区,同时参与谵妄研究的作者众多,但长期从事谵妄研究的高产作者相对较少,谵妄研究的主要机构和作者大多属于大学附属医院及部队医院。谵妄的5个研究主题展示了我国目前谵妄的主要研究热点。The basic methods of bibliometrics and data mining were used to analyze the social network of the research topic of delirium in China.The major Chinese abstract and full text databases were retrieved,and all studies about delirium were incorporated.BICOMS2 analysis software was used to extract and organize the main information to generate co occurrence matrix.Gcluto is used for cluster analysis,and the keywords are clustered into 5 categories according to the actual clustering effect,and visual surface maps and visualization matrix are generated.Ucinet6.0 NetDraw software is used to arrange the relationship between the main keywords according to the centrality and draw the social network map.Literature related to delirium has been increasing step by step every four years since 1998.There are all 32 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the country that publish their research reports.However,there are geographical imbalances.The number of studies published in the southeastern coastal areas and developed areas are significantly more than that in the northwestern,less developed regions.At the same time,there are many authors involved in delirium research.However,there are relatively few high yielding writers who have been engaged in delirium research for a long time.Most of the major institutions and authors of delirium research are university affiliated hospitals and military hospitals.The five research topics of delirium show the main research hotspot of delirium in China.
