摘　　要：目的测定归及乳膏中植物蛋白的含量,明确该乳膏中活性物质成分。方法应用无水乙醇溶解基质、考马斯亮蓝溶液对样品进行染色,使用紫外分光光度仪在595 nm波长处测定吸收度,计算植物蛋白的含量。结果标准蛋白溶液及该植物蛋白溶液在595 nm处均有最大吸收,标准蛋白溶液在3.92~19.61μg/mL内呈良好的线性关系,曲线方程为Y=0.036 0X-0.000 5[相关系数(r)=0.995],平均回收率为94.3%,相对标准偏差为1.91%。结论考马斯亮蓝染色法用于归及乳膏中植物蛋白的含量测定,具有简便、快捷优点,结果重现性好。Objective To determine the content of phytoprotein in compound bletilla striata cream and clear the ingredients of the active substances in cream.Methods Absolute ethanol was used to dissolve the substrate,sample was dyed with coomassie brilliant blue solution,the absorption at the wavelength of 595nm was determined by ultravioletray spectrophotometer,content of phytoproteins was calculated.Results The standard protein and this plant protein at the wavelength of 595 nm had the maximum absorption,the standard protein solution showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.9219.61μg/mL,the curvilinear equation was Y=0.036 X-0.000 5(r=0.999 5),the average recovery rate was 94.3%,RSD was 1.91%.Conclusion Coomassie brilliant blue method is simple,fast and with a reproducible result in the determination of phytoproteins content in compound bletilla striata cream.
