摘  要:目的探讨激光透明带薄化技术对冻融胚胎和高龄妇女新鲜胚胎临床结局的影响。方法选取冻融胚胎179周期共406枚胚胎,其中117周期共263枚胚胎行激光透明带薄化技术(薄化组),其余62周期共143枚胚胎未行激光透明带薄化技术(对照组);高龄妇女(≥37岁)新鲜胚胎84周期共217枚胚胎,其中52周期共135枚新鲜胚胎行激光透明带薄化技术,32周期共82枚胚胎未行削薄化技术,对比分析两组的一般资料和临床结局。结果冻融胚胎薄化组种植率、妊娠率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组流产率、平均子宫内膜厚度等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高龄妇女新鲜胚胎组种植率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论激光透明带薄化技术能有效提高冻融胚胎和高龄妇女新鲜胚胎的种植率和妊娠率。Objective To study the technology of laser zona pellucida thinning of freeze-thaw embryos and older women fresh embryos the influence of clinical outcome.Methods A total of 406 embryos from 179 cycles of frozen thawing embryos were selected,of which 263 embryos were thinned by laser zona pellucida(laser zona pellellate thinning technology group)in 117 cycles,and 143 embryos without laser zona pellucid thinning(control group)in the remaining 62 cycles,and 84 cycles of 217 embryos of the fresh embryos of older women(≥37 years old),52 cycles of 135 fresh embryos.The technique of laser zona pellucida thinning was applied in 32 cycles,and 82 embryos were not thinned.The general data and clinical outcomes of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The planting rate and pregnancy rate of the frozen thawing embryo thinning group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the rate of abortion and the average endometrium thickness were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the planting rate of fresh embryo group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser zona pellucida thinning technology can effectively increase the implantation rate and pregnancy rate of frozen thawed embryos and elderly women.
