摘　　要：综述了土壤微生物多样性常用的研究方法,阐述了稻田土壤微生物多样性的影响因素以及目前研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。This paper introduced the commonly used research methods of soil microbial diversity;it also summarized the recent progress in studies of paddy soil microbial communities and discussed the directions of future research.
